Questions from working pros.
Do I pay to see or respond to jobs?
No. HandyConnect does not sell individual leads. You choose which posted jobs are worth your time and pay a platform fee only on eligible work paid through the platform.
What happens to clients I invite?
Your personal invite connects that customer directly to you. HandyConnect does not show competing pros in that invited-client flow.
Can I start without a subscription?
Yes. The Free plan has no monthly charge. Paid plans are optional and lower the platform fee for pros who are doing enough volume for the math to work.
How do payouts work?
Online customer payments are processed through Stripe after closeout. Payout timing can vary based on Stripe processing, account status, and applicable holds.
